Noel A. Rogers

Noel Rogers

Attorney at Law · Laurel, MS Office

Noel was first introduced to the world of real estate law in 1999 when, while in law school, he became an abstractor for long-time stadium voice of the Ole Miss Rebels and legendary Oxford Real Estate Attorney, Charles Harrison Walker.  Upon graduation from law school at the University of Mississippi in 2002, Noel spent his first several years practicing civil law defending clients in mass tort, medical malpractice and insurance defense cases.  Noel, a resident of Jones County for over twenty years, was raised on a farm on the outskirts of Hot Coffee and Sullivan's hollow near the Smith and Covington County lines, so he proudly claims original dual citizenship of both counties so he doesn't risk offending friends and family if he failed to claim them both.  As a result of his rural roots, Noel soon realized the life of a "Tall Building Lawyer" (a local term of endearment that some attorneys in the 13th and 18th Circuit Cout Districts use for lawyers from more metropolitan areas of the state), was not for him.  Noel opened his own solo practice in 2014 and specialized primarily in real estate matters.  Noel joined the Luckett Land Title Team in 2025 to help oversee operations in the Laurel, Mississippi location.  Noel and his wife Jennifer reside in Ellisville, Mississippi, along with their children, Mary Caroline and Bronson and their dogs, Eddie and Boots. â€‹
